For this The Clovers Condominium project in Sungai Ara, Kitchen Story designed and built a complete carpentry solution that improves storage, function and visual comfort throughout the home.

The kitchen was designed with a compact but practical layout. It features a combination of white, wood and dark accent finishes, paired with a sintered stone countertop for a durable and premium kitchen surface. The design includes base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall storage, open shelves, appliance planning, sink area, hob area and a compact island-style counter.

To improve daily kitchen use, several convenient accessories were included inside the cabinetry. The use of BLUM drawer systems and BLUM Aventos lift-up systems helps create smoother cabinet operation, better access to storage and a more premium user experience.

The living area features a custom TV wall with a long floating cabinet and full-height wall panels. An altar cabinet was integrated beside the TV area, giving the homeowner a dedicated prayer space while keeping the overall living room design neat and consistent.

The dining area was enhanced with a vertical wood feature wall, warm pendant lights and track lighting. This creates a cosy dining atmosphere while visually connecting the kitchen, dining and living spaces.

The kitchen cabinet was designed with practical storage, modern finishes and a functional cooking layout. It includes base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall storage, open shelves, appliance placement and a compact counter feature.

Dining Feature Wall

Full-height and built-in storage cabinets were planned around the home to maximise available space and reduce visual clutter.

The design concept for The Clovers Condominium is based on modern warm contemporary living.

The home uses a balanced combination of warm wood texture, grey cabinet tones, black accents and soft lighting. The wood feature wall at the dining area adds warmth, while the TV feature wall and kitchen cabinetry keep the interior clean and organised.

The carpentry design is practical and not overly decorative. Every cabinet was planned to support daily use, storage convenience and long-term maintenance. The use of BLUM hardware and functional kitchen accessories helps improve comfort and durability.

The kitchen needed to include cooking space, sink area, storage, countertop space, appliances and accessories while still keeping the walkway comfortable.

The homeowner required a dedicated altar space, but it needed to look neat and properly connected with the TV wall design.

For the living area, we created a full TV feature wall with integrated storage and a dedicated altar cabinet. This keeps the prayer area organised while maintaining a clean and modern living room appearance.

For the dining area, a vertical wood feature wall was added to create warmth and visual interest. The lighting was coordinated to highlight the wall texture and make the space feel more inviting.
